The ranges published on this site are honest starting points, not commitments. Before we confirm a fixed figure, a surveyor measures your rooms on site: wall lengths, ceiling heights, wet-area layouts, the route of the electrical riser, and everything already built in. For a standard Kyiv apartment this takes about ninety minutes.

The measurement exists to prevent duplicated purchases. If a socket position is approved from a drawing and only questioned after the tiling is laid, moving it means cutting the tile, re-routing the cable, patching the wall and buying a second finish set. A survey catches those decisions while they are still free to change.

• Scope boundary: the studio delivers design documentation and author supervision. Construction works are executed by licensed contractors engaged by you. Read how the boundary works.
• Documentation typically takes 4 to 6 weeks; site work runs 16 to 24 weeks. Both are ranges, sensitive to building access and material lead times.
• Supervision visits follow four named milestones: demolition and setting-out, rough-in, tiling and wet areas, finishing, with a short written report after each visit.
